Registration and cost
REGULATIONS:
Before proceeding with registration, please read the Terms and Conditions. After having read them carefully, please confirm you accept them by signing them and sending back via email. Your registration will be considered valid only after signing the Terms and Conditions, indicating your acceptance of the established regulations. Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of your registration.
REQUIREMENTS:
Participants must meet the following requirements at the time of registration:
Be a minimum of 18 years of age by September 2026.
Be a graduate of a professional dance school, or be in the process of obtaining a diploma from a professional dance school, to be obtained by June 2026.
Or
Be an experienced professional dancer (aged between 17 and half until 32 years old at the time of the audition).
Please be aware that the registration process will close as soon as the number of accepted dancers reaches the maximum limit, regardless of the established deadline.
For this reason, we kindly invite you to REGISTER as soon as possible to guarantee your place in this SECOND EDITION of the International Ballet Audition.

SECOND PHASE: SELECTION AND PAYMENT
Once you receive your invitation to participate in the International Ballet Audition you will need to pay the second part of the registration fee, which amounts to 300 euros. This fee must be paid within seven days of receiving the invitation email (be sure to check your spam folder).

Once the transfer has been made you will receive a receipt as proof of payment. Please send an email with this receipt attached to internationalballetaudition@gmail.com indicating in the body of the email the variation you have chosen, the running time and choreographic version.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE for the SECOND EDITION OF THE INTERNATIONAL BALLET AUDITION:
15 DECEMBER 2025
ACCEPTANCE ANSWER ON THE 26TH OF DECEMBER
Please upload the music on internationalballetaudition@gmail.com with all the documents.
Ensure you bring your music to the to the event on a USB key and that the file is in a common, readable format, in case of any emergency.
REIMBURSEMENT
Refunds are granted ONLY in case of illness or injury and ONLY if the Candidate presents 2 different medical certificates from 2 different medical professionals. Certificates issued by physiotherapists and osteopaths ARE NOT ACCEPTED. Handwritten certificates ARE NOT ACCEPTED. Long-term injuries/illnesses that are the result of previous/old injuries/chronic illnesses will not be considered for reimbursement.
Certificates relating to accidents or illnesses that occurred after the established expiry date ARE NOT ACCEPTED. Injuries resulting from an old injury are not eligible for reimbursement.
Any other cancellation/withdrawal before or during the AUDITION for ANY reason, including flight cancellation or inability to travel for any reason, will not entitle you to a refund of any amount.
