Terms and Conditions

The applicant signing the term and conditions form admit and attest that he or she understood the conditions and recognized that all obligations mentioned in Terms and Conditions will be fulfilled and respected. Any failure will be immediately invalidate the candidate's registration.

Age of the canditates has to be 17th years old until 26 years old at the 1 st January 2024

Parents or legal representative must sign the form if the partecipant is under 18 years old, admitting all the Terms and Conditions form.

S&B art production is not responsible for any injury or incident resulting from a participants during the Audition.

S&B is not responsible for any lost.

Signing the registration/Terms and Conditions form , you accept all the conditions of the International ballet Adition and regulations.

S&Bart production does not cover travel expenses, accommodation expenses, meal expenses during the International Ballet Audition.

The partecipant has to check that he/she has all the valid document to enter in Italy.

It is mandatory that the Candidate takes out personal health or medical, travel, and accident insurance which is valid in Italy.

S&B art production can make change in the schedule and reserves the right to change the Ballet Director Team/schedule if necessary.

Candidate will be informed by any change.

The Candidate / his parents or legal representatives understand and agree that during the International BalletAudition they may be photographed and/or filmed during the audition or performance of the Variation. The Candidate or his parents / legal representatives grants unrestricted right to use in any form the image, picture voice.

Candidate or his parents / legal representatives agree to assume full responsibility for, and risk of injury, death during their partecipation . By signing this Agreement Candidate or his parents / legal representatives acknowledge that the risks associated with entry into and use of the Premises may be both foreseen and unforeseen, and may include serious physical injury and/or death, and other personal and property damages, and agree to assume all associated risks.

Privacy:

pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 and in relation to the information that will be entered in possession, for the purpose of protecting people and other subjects in matters of data processing personal, we inform you of the following:

1. Purpose of the Treatment The data you provide will be used for the purpose and for the purpose of security, surveillance and control compliance with public safety and public order regulations

2. Processing methods The methods with which personal data will be processed include registration in the databases of the organizer and their cancellation within a period of 365 days, for any requests by of public safety bodies, courts, health facilities, mutual aid societies e insurers.

3. Provision of data The provision of data for the purposes referred to in point 1) are mandatory and any refusal of the authorization entails the full contractual and tort liability of the contractor participant for all damages suffered and to be suffered by the organizer of the Stage to protect himself e of third parties, including removal from the internship provided for by the requirements and assessed need.

4. Communication and dissemination of data The data provided may (be/will be) communicated to: hospitals, insurance companies, Public bodies, law enforcement agencies, accommodation facilities for security and surveillance issues.

5. Data Controller The owner of the processing of personal data is "OLTRE LA DANZA" ASD with registered office at lo Studio Tributario Fiscale Barone Associati in via Roma 74 of Cassina de 'Pecchi (MI) in the person of legal representative of the Oltre La Danza ASD Association. The Declaration

I hereby declare that all the information I have provided is complete and accurate and that I am physically fit to participate in the event.

I, the undersigned, declare that I am in good health and have prepared accordingly for the activity.

I am aware that the organizing committee of the event, the hosting party, the organizers and producers, and the sponsors will not be held responsible for any harm or injuries I may sustain, including those that may occur prior to, during, or after the event. I also understand that they are not liable for any loss or damage to my personal belongings.

I hereby grant permission to S&B art production to use any photographs and videos of me for public relations, marketing, without payment or compensation.

By signing this Agreement, the candidate understands and agrees to Terms , Conditions, and Regulations of the event.

In case of Pandemic, or event of Force Majeure,the Event can switch in Online Event
